The Senseonics team brought us in to help prepare for the product launch pre-FDA approval of their unique GCM system. With their partnership, we developed the strategic imperatives, brand positioning, and value proposition in addition to HCP and patient pathways. Post-FDA approval we built out their HCP training campaign materials that led to engaging and training 1,850 clinicians, country-wide across 50 hospital diabetes centers, surpassing the client’s goal of training 900 clinicians.

In addition, we developed a patient ambassador program and social media influencer group, increasing conversion by 25% by utilizing patient ambassadors.​​​
